Butter Chicken in Garden Grove
The dish that built north Indian food's reputation abroad, done without shortcuts: tandoor-roasted chicken folded into a silky makhani of slow-cooked tomatoes, butter, cream and fenugreek. Ours leans balanced rather than dessert-sweet — the tomato tang is allowed to survive the cream.
