Palak Paneer in Garden Grove
Fresh spinach blanched and blended in-house, simmered with garlic and warm spices, and folded around cubes of soft paneer. Good palak paneer tastes green and alive; the frozen-spinach versions taste like the freezer. Ours is the former — village food elevated by nothing more than doing every step properly, and the dish vegetarian regulars measure us by.
